Terms of Service

Agreement to the terms

Pack The Schedule is a product of Brainiac Labs. By using Pack The Schedule, you agree to these Terms of Service with Brainiac Labs (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Pack The Schedule provides intelligent appointment packing and scheduling tools for physicians and small private practices.

It is a scheduling software tool. It is not a medical advice service and is not a replacement for an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Beta status

Pack The Schedule is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, and the service may be incomplete or evolve during the beta period.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs under your account. Please protect your login credentials and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Account termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, violate these Terms, or fail to pay for a paid plan when payment is required.

Calendar connection

You may connect Google Calendar to enable scheduling features. Calendar access is used to provide availability and booking functionality, including reading existing events and creating or updating appointments as needed to run the service.

Third-party services

Google Calendar is a third-party service governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Pack The Schedule is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Your use of Google services is subject to those third-party terms. We are not responsible for Google Calendar’s availability, features, or policies.

Patient booking information

Patient details submitted through booking flows are used to schedule and confirm appointments, and to support related notifications when needed. Please only collect and share information appropriate for that purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes unlawful, abusive, or disruptive use, attempts to interfere with the product or other users, or using the service in ways that violate applicable law or these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual terms. Prices and plan details will be shown at the time of purchase.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. For annual plans, access continues through the paid term unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Service availability

We make a reasonable effort to keep Pack The Schedule available and working as intended. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and access may be limited from time to time for maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainiac Labs and Pack The Schedule are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars if you have not paid us, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
